Segundo o SINTRASEN, sindicato da categoria, após três meses sem acordo com a prefeitura, trabalhadores aprovaram no dia 17 de setembro em assembleia Geral greve a partir de 7 de agosto, prefeitura rebate acusações de inércia e diz que negocia desde abril.
Em texto enviado a imprensa nessa quinta-feira (25/7) a Prefeitura de Florianópolis, diz estar “comprometida com o calendário escolar e a plena oferta de serviços na cidade”.
A informação da gesdtão municipal de Florianópolis é que apresentou, ontem (24/7), uma nova proposta que garante demandas dos servidores da rede municipal.
“O Município vem dialogando com a categoria desde abril, com outras três propostas apresentadas neste processo. Mesmo com negociações antecipadas, o sindicato só anunciou greve após o retorno das férias escolares” diz a nota.
A Prefeitura prossegue afirmando que “propôs pagamento de 50% do décimo terceiro salário já em agosto, no dia 19, através da abertura de folha complementar. Além disso, o reajuste salarial de 5,32%, recompondo as variações da inflação, será incorporado integralmente à folha de pagamento a partir de setembro, com os servidores recebendo o novo valor no salário a partir do pagamento de 1º de outubro. O mesmo reajuste fica garantido no Auxílio Lanche e Alimentação”.
A prefeitura esclareceu que, ainda em 2025, os servidores terão quatro meses com o salário reajustado. A proposta mantém também o compromisso de quitação integral do décimo terceiro salário, com a segunda metade programada para o final do ano, dentro do calendário regular.
O texto enviado a imprensa segue apontando que “Com esse novo esforço por uma solução, que traz ainda a garantia do chamamento de profissionais para vagas ociosas, entre outras ações de valorização dos profissionais, a Prefeitura busca garantir um equilíbrio entre responsabilidade fiscal e reconhecimento das reivindicações dos servidores, oferecendo um cronograma factível de implantação dos benefícios, sem comprometer o equilíbrio das contas públicas”.
O material finaliza destacando: “que na folha de pagamento de Julho, estão contidos os valores referentes a mais uma parela do Plano de Cargos e Salários, que em sua totalidade traz um impacto de aproximadamente 14 milhões em 2025. Anualmente, o pagamento tem sido garantido pelo Município, faltando somente mais uma parcela para quitação em 2026”, termina o texto.

O Sindicato ainda não se pronunciou sobre essa nova proposta que a prefeitura afimra ter enviado nessa quinta-feira (24/7). para que não haja greve os servidores devem voltar a se reunir em uma Assembleia Geral para deliberar se aceitam ou não a proposta do governo Topázio Neto (PSD). Caso não aceitem a chance de um agreve a partir do dia 7 de agosto é grande.
