Grupo feminino estava no interior do município de Biguaçu participando de um passeio religioso.

Ao chegar ao local, as guarnições constataram que o imóvel sediava um retiro religioso com mulheres. Felizmente, todas as ocupantes já haviam evacuado a edificação em segurança antes da chegada das equipes, após perceberem o início do fogo, uma ação que foi fundamental para que não houvesse vítimas.
Na noite deste sábado (19/7), por volta das 22h30, o Corpo de Bombeiros foi acionado para combater um incêndio em uma edificação localizada no bairro Santa Catarina, no interior de Biguaçu.
Para a extinção das chamas e proteção do restante da propriedade, foram mobilizadas equipes dos quartéis de Biguaçu e Serraria, em um total de 11 bombeiros militares. A operação contou com o estabelecimento de quatro frentes de combate e o emprego de aproximadamente 11 mil litros de água.
O Corpo de Bombeiros Militar reforçou a importância da rápida percepção de um princípio de incêndio e da evacuação imediata e ordenada do local, como ocorreu nesta situação e orienta primeiro sinal de incêndio acionar o 193.
